We will arrange a return courier for your convenience.

ā¢Ā Account-Locked Devices: Devices that are Apple iCloud or Google locked cannot be accepted. We will notify you if the device is locked. If it remains locked after five business days, it will be returned to you
ā¢Ā Device Preparation: Ensure your device is factory reset, powered off, and the IMEI matches the original one shipped. Returns with mismatched IMEIs will not be accepted.
ā¢Ā Exclusions: The 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover devices with cracked screens and/or cameras, water damage, tampered software, product misuse, and unauthorised repairs (i.e., repairs conducted by technicians or service providers who are not certified by the device manufacturer and do not align with the manufacturerās repair standards).
