Produced by Ralph Sall (Paul McCartney, Billy Joel) and helmed by legendary guitarist Mikey Chung (Grace Jones The Rolling Stones, James Brown, Maxi Priest), the project brings together a ā€œsupergroupā€ of Jamaica’s finest session musicians—including Featuring: Mikey ā€œMaoā€ Chung, Boris Gardiner, Mikey Boo, Franklin ā€œBubblerā€ Waul, Uzziah ā€œStickyā€ Thompson, Mitch, Andrew Cassanova & Karell Wisdom - who have amongst them have played alongside Sly & Robbie, The Upsetters, Ziggy Marley and the Melody Makers, Lee Scratch Perry, Black Uhuru & Burning Spear, to name just a few.

A bold and deeply heartfelt tribute to the golden age of Jamaican music, this debut album pays homage to timeless Reggae hits from the 1960s and ’70s, including reinterpretations of Desmond Dekker’s Israelites, the Heptones’ Book of Rules, and the Melodians’ Rivers of Babylon. Recorded at Kingston’s Anchor Studios, the sessions capture the camaraderie and soul of artists who helped shape reggae’s golden era, and is a chance to celebrate these unsung heroes who played on countless classics from Studio One, Black Ark, and the Compass Point era.
