In February 1994, Green Day released their highly acclaimed third studio album, Dookie. As the bandâs first major-label release, Dookie is one of the most influential and defining albums of the 1990âs, selling over 15 million copies worldwide, including 10 million (RIAA Diamond certified) in the US. The album features five hit singles: âLongviewâ, âBasket Caseâ, âWelcome to Paradiseâ, âWhen I Come Aroundâ, and âSheâ.
Warner Records will release Limited Edition Super Deluxe Box Set in vinyl to celebrate the albumâs 30th anniversary. The sets include unreleased demos, outtakes, as well as unreleased live material. The bandâs Woodstock â94 performance - which had only been available as a Record Store Day release in 2019 - is also featured.
