The Alan Parsons Project was a progressive rock music entity comprised of engineer/ producer Alan Parsons and songwriter, musician and manager Eric Woolfson. They released 10 concept albums which focused on subject matter such as science fiction, supernatural, literary and sociological themes between 1976ā1987.
Celebrating 50 years since the formation of The Alan Parsons Project, Cooking Vinyl will re-release Ammonia Avenue, Eye In The Sky and The Turn Of A Friendly Card in March 2026, plus further re-issues and announcements throughout the year.
The Alan Parsons Projectās Grammy nominated 6th Studio Album Eye In The Sky was a worldwide hit, selling in excess of two million copies, achieving platinum and gold status in numerous countries. The critically acclaimed album is now re-issued in a variety of different formats including:
A Limited Edition Clear Vinyl and a Classic Black Vinyl LP, half-speed remastered by Miles Showell at Abbey Road studios. An expanded CD with 4 bonus tracks also remastered at Abbey Road A 2LP heavyweight, 45 RPM Audiophile edition.
